Who can enter a Defaiflo Lotteries draw?
You need to be 18 or older and an Australian resident with a postal address in AU. Ticket sales are not available to overseas residents or Australian permit holders without a local address.
How much does a single ticket cost?
Tickets start at AU$5 each. Larger bundles work out cheaper per ticket — five tickets for AU$22, twenty-five for AU$95, one hundred for AU$340.
How is the winning ticket drawn?
An independent, licensed drawing agent conducts each draw at 4:00 am AEST the morning after sales close. The draw is recorded, the numbers are cross-checked, and results are published by 9:00 am AEST the same day.
How will I know if I've won?
The winner is called on the mobile number attached to the ticket, followed up by email and a signed letter. If we can't reach you within 14 days, we keep trying — prizes never expire on us.
Do you deliver the Coastal GT interstate?
Yes. The grand tourer is delivered to any Australian state capital at our cost, or to a dealership closer to your home if that's easier. We organise the registration paperwork in your state.
Can I choose cash instead of the car?
We don't currently cash out the Coastal GT itself, but the AU$100,000 cash component is always paid to you in dollars regardless of the headline prize.
How quickly are cash prizes paid?
Straight deposit into your Australian bank account within three business days of the draw being certified. No drip-feed, no vouchers, no gift cards.
Are winnings taxable in Australia?
Prizes from Australian lotteries are generally not considered assessable income for individuals. Any investment returns you earn afterwards are, so we'd still recommend a quick chat with your accountant.
What happens if I buy a ticket but can no longer play?
Tickets are final sale once the draw window closes. Before that point, email our support team and we'll refund the ticket and issue a receipt. Memberships can be paused or cancelled any time.
How do I cancel my membership?
Log in, head to My Settings, and click cancel. No forms, no phone calls, no guilt trips. Your existing month stays active and you simply won't roll into the next one.
Can I buy a ticket as a gift?
We recommend the recipient buys their own ticket in their own name to keep the paperwork simple if they do win. You can always gift them the AU$5 and let them choose their numbers.
