1. About these terms
These terms form a binding agreement between you (the "Entrant") and Defaiflo Lotteries Pty Ltd ("Defaiflo", "we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a ticket you agree to these terms, the privacy policy and the draw-specific conditions published on the relevant lottery details page.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- You must be an Australian resident with a valid postal address in AU.
- Employees of Defaiflo Lotteries, its immediate contractors and their direct family members cannot enter any Defaiflo draw.
3. Ticket purchases
Tickets are sold at the prices shown on the Buy Tickets page at the moment of purchase. Once you click "Reserve my tickets" and receive a confirmation, your entry is final for that draw window. Before the draw window closes we'll issue a refund on written request.
4. Draws
Each draw is conducted by an independent licensed drawing agent on the date and time shown on the lottery details page, in AEST. Results are published on the Winners page within five hours of the draw.
5. Prizes
- The Coastal GT Dream Car grand prize includes the sport tourer, factory registration, detailing package and AU$100,000 cash component.
- Cash Boost prizes are paid in full to the winning entrant within three Australian business days of the draw being certified.
- Prizes are not transferable prior to delivery. Once delivered, the winner may of course do whatever they like with them.
6. Memberships
Memberships renew monthly on the anniversary of your first payment. You can pause, downgrade or cancel any time through your account settings. Pausing suspends auto-entries for the paused period and resumes automatically once the pause expires.
7. Conduct
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts involved in fraudulent payments, attempts to circumvent the 18+ eligibility rule, or abusive behaviour towards our support team. Suspended accounts will have open tickets refunded to the original payment method.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian consumer law, Defaiflo Lotteries' liability to you for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the value of the tickets purchased in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are emailed to all active account holders at least 14 days before they take effect.
