Cooling-off pause

One-click pause for 7, 14 or 30 days. During a pause your memberships are suspended and we won't email you promotional content.

Self-exclusion

Request a 6 or 12 month self-exclusion. We close your account, refund any open tickets and honour the block across all Defaiflo products.

Reality-check nudge

An optional on-screen prompt reminds you how much you've spent in the last 30 days whenever you open the Buy Tickets page.
